Course Overview
This engaging 2 hour course aims to empower women to holistically take control of their health and wellbeing. Evidence based information, knowledge and strategies, help women seek appropriate avenues of support, get their voice heard and thrive in their personal and professional lives.
The course covers all aspects of women’s health and is delivered through group presentations, discussions along with a supplementary workbook packed with quizzes and practical tasks for self-reflection and optimum learning.
From NHS screening to tips for healthy ageing, and strategies for developing resilience and a positive outlook, this course will provide the tools to support women to kickstart change in all areas of life to promote and sustain improved physical and mental wellbeing.
