Course Overview
This evidenced based two-hour course is designed to empower and equip men with information, knowledge and strategies to help manage their health and wellbeing. The course is delivered through a variety of learning styles including presentations, quizzes, group discussions and practical tasks, covering all aspects of men’s health.
From NHS screening to diet and lifestyle, through to strategies for building resilience and setting achievable goals, will help men ensure successful behaviour change. This course will provide the tools to support men to initiate and maintain healthier habits for improved physical and mental health.
This course can be tailored to a group of 25 for a more interactive online seminar experience, or delivered as a more general webinar for groups of up to 500.
