Course Overview
Nutrition advice can often feel overwhelming. With so many diets, trends, and conflicting messages circulating online and in the media, it can be difficult to know what information to trust or how to apply it to your own life. This session aims to simplify nutrition by focusing on the core principles that underpin healthy eating and cutting through common sources on confusion.
Participants will explore the foundation of good nutrition and learn how individual needs vary based on lifestyle and activity levels. They will also gain practical tools to help make informed decisions about their diet, while developing a personalised approach that is realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their goals.
This course can be tailored to a group of 25 for a more interactive online seminar experience, or delivered as a more general webinar for groups of up to 500.
