inspiring vet care had been strengthening their wellbeing resources and support but wanted to ensure their approach was consistent and aligned with best practice across all sites. They sought to join the Workplace Wellbeing Charter to validate their current strategy, identify areas for improvement, and ensure employees received consistent support across the organisation.
The Workplace Wellbeing Charter covered all the elements of wellbeing that inspiring vet care were looking for to support their colleagues, including the eight standards that are in line with best practice and the latest research. inspiring vet care also felt that the ongoing support they would receive, not only through the accreditation, but for the following two years afterwards would be incredibly beneficial.
inspiring vet care chose to undertake the Workplace Wellbeing Charter Accreditation to externally validate their wellbeing offering, highlight areas for improvement, and strengthen links between wellbeing and other colleague-facing processes.
Using the Charter’s online portal and guidance, the team reviewed their existing processes against the eight measured standards. This process allowed them to demonstrate the level of support already in place while identifying opportunities for further development.
