Course Overview
Menopause can affect energy levels, strength, sleep, recovery, confidence, body composition and overall wellbeing. Physical activity can be an effective way to manage menopause symptoms while supporting long-term physical and mental health.
Regular movement and exercise can help to improve mood, reduce stress, maintain muscle mass, support bone density and protect cardiovascular health. It can also help women feel stronger and more resilient throughout menopause and beyond.
This course can be tailored to a group of 25 for a more interactive online workshop experience, or delivered as a more general keynote for groups of up to 500.
