Improving wellbeing starts with learning wellbeing behaviours. Our team of qualified and experienced health and wellbeing consultants help organisations promote and achieve their wellbeing strategy.

How It Works

Each credit entitles you to up to ten free places on a wide selection of Open Courses, each lasting 90 minutes. These can be accessed easily from your computer at home or at work. Please note that the ten places cannot be shared across multiple courses, but that multiple credits can be used on one course to secure more places.
